Cyriac Elias Rural Organization for Women and Children (CEROWC) is a voluntary organization initiated by the Congregation of Mother of Carmel (CMC), Bhopal Province.

Established in 1991, CEROWC promotes the development of rural families through education, health awareness, and economic schemes.
